Cardio in a Box Review and Giveaway *Closed*

As a blogger I spend a lot of time at my desk working on the computer and sometimes I forget to take a break and get a little bit of exercise. I recently discovered Cardio in a Box and thought it was a really neat way to get some exercise throughout the day.

About Cardio in a Box: Cardio in a Box™ is the ultimate office fitness accessory that makes it easier than ever to keep active during your work day. Do simple calorie-burning and toning moves by grabbing one, two or three Fitness Squares™ from the pop-up dispenser that looks great on your desk. Instruction booklet and online videos included! Fit in small bouts of exercise thoughout your day with Cardio in a Box™ and watch them quickly add up to the recommended 30 minutes of daily exercise.

I've been using my Cardio in a Box for a few weeks now, on a semi-daily basis, and I can definitely feel it in my arms and shoulders when i'm done. While I wouldn't exactly recommend it as your only form of daily exercise, I think it's a great idea for someone who's stuck in an office or at a desk all day.

Cardio in a Box can be purchased online at cardioinabox.com for $12.95.. The best part is that in comes in two different color combo's including classic and camo (for the man in your life).
