Weight Watchers Smart Ones Satisfying Selections Review

Every once in a while I get on a kick where I need to start eating healthy. Usually that only lasts for about a week because I get so tired of eating "healthy" foods that taste horrible, or have no taste at all. Recently I was sent coupons to try two varieties of the new Weight Watchers Smart Ones Satisfying Selections, and to be completely honest i'm very pleased with these new meals.

The new Smart Ones bagged meals are available in five delicious flavors including Sesame Chicken, Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo, Ziti with Meatballs & Cheese, Chicken with Broccoli & Cheese, Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry. The two I tried were Chicken with Broccoli & Cheese and Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry. Both taste great, especially the Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry which had a bold teriyaki flavor.

A few of my favorite facts about the new Smart Ones Satisfying Selections: All of the Smart Ones Satisfying Selections flavors are less than 400 calories and contain 25 grams or more of protein. They're 30% larger than traditional tray meals so you don't still feel hungry after eating them, unlike most weight loss meals. They're super easy to make, by steaming them in the microwave or cooking them on the stove top. And best of all the price is reasonable at only $3.69 a meal you can lose weight without breaking the bank!

If you're anything like me and it's hard for you to stick to a weight loss routine i'd definitely recommend checking out Weight Watchers Smart Ones Satisfying Selections. Weight Watchers Smart Ones Satisfying Selections are available nationwide.. To see if they're in a store near you check out their product locator. Before heading to the store don't forget to print this coupon for $1.00 off any 5 Weight Watchers Smart Ones products.
