Etsy Giveaway Week Oct 3-7

When I was younger my grandmother would send me handmade (by her) Christmas ornaments for our tree every year.. Now that I'm older, my grandmother still keeps that tradition alive by sending handmade ornaments for Brayden and Trevor every year.. I think it's because of her that I have such a love for etsy shops and all the wonderful handmade gifts you can find on there.

Since Christmas is right around the corner, I wanted to take a week to showcase some amazing etsy shops and give all my readers some gift ideas for their loved ones. So if you're like me and you're a sucker for handmade, be sure to come back every day between October 3rd and 7th to hear all about these etsy shops and enter to win some awesome giveaways!!

Here's a sneak peak at a couple item's you'll be hearing about:

The Vintage Pearl Review and $50 GC Giveaway *Closed*

I've been wanting a piece of "mom" jewelry for a while now.. Something cute with both my boys names on it that's not too tacky to wear on an everyday basis. While browsing the web one day I discovered The Vintage Pearl and immediately fell in love! Their jewelry was exactly what I had been searching for.. So I contacted them about reviewing one of their pieces and was soooo thrilled when they agreed.

Here's a little information about The Vintage Pearl in case you're not familiar:

The Vintage Pearl creates unique and meaningful handstamped jewelry and keepsakes. Each piece is handcrafted from start to finish with care in our studio in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We use raw sterling silver, freshwater pearls and birthstone crystals in our creations.

Each letter is individually stamped by hand, we do not use a machine, making every piece a true one-of-a-kind! Our jewelry is customized with any names, dates or words of inspiration, and we have several fonts and charm shapes to choose from. We want your piece to be meaningful to you.

We have many unique designs and come out with new designs often. You can also "design your own" handstamped necklace by picking your favorite shapes and fonts with our eclectic necklace and our dainty eclectic necklace!

I was sent their sealed with love necklace with Brayden and Trevor's names handstamped on it for this review. Let me just say, the picture on the website does not do this necklace justice.. It's amazing! The quality is wonderful and it's just the perfect "mom" necklace that I had been searching for!

New and Improved Moon Dough Review

Last Christmas Brayden begged me to add Moon Dough to his list for Santa and after reading all the reviews I decided against it. When I was contacted by Team Mom and asked to review the Push N' Pop play sets from Moon Dough I was a little hesitant but decided to give it a try since Brayden wanted it sooo bad!

I was thrilled when our Push N' Pop Ocean Pals set arrived and I saw that Moon Dough has an all new formula making it less crumbly. My boys were so happy to try out this new dough formula for themselves. Since this was our first time experiencing Moon Dough we were all a little awed by the way it feels when you're squishing it.. Almost foamy!

As I already mentioned we never tried the original formula but I can say I am very pleased with the new and improved Moon Dough. It's very easy to clean up, is odor-free, and best of all it never dries out!!!

While Moon Dough is recommended for ages 3 and up, even Trevor (2) had a blast with it. Because it has such a soft consistency it's easy for his little fingers to mold it. The Push N' Pop Ocean Pals set includes 3 push & pop tools which are super easy to use, along with twisty animal molds, 2 colors of dough, and one themed mat to help make clean up even easier!
