No Nonsense Leggings Review

Everyone knows that No Nonsense makes tights for little girls and pantyhose for women but I was very surprised to learn that No Nonsense also makes leggings and shapewear as well.

I was recently given the opportunity to review a pair of No Nonsense leggings and decided to go with the black cotton ones. These leggings are super comfy and fashionable at the same time. I think what I love most about these leggings is that you can dress them down with a tee and sneakers or dress them up with a sweater and a pair of boots.

Along with the cotton leggings, No Nonsense also offers corduroy leggings, skinny jeans leggings, and even capri leggings for the warmer months. You can purchase the cotton leggings for $12.99, the skinny jeans leggings for $24.99, and the capri leggings for $9.99.

Be sure to "like No Nonsense on Facebook and they will donate a pair of socks to a family in need in your name as part of their Socks for America program!

It really helps us get into the Christmas spirit, not to mention we love to watch movies that we haven't seen since the year before. My boys are huge fans of all of the Ice Age movies so they were thrilled when this new Ice Age movie arrived!

Etsy Review and Giveaway: Betty Cakes Mason Jar Cupcakes *Closed*

I had never tried mason jar cupcakes before but always heard such rave reviews about them so I was more than thrilled when Betty Cakes sent me a few of their holiday ones to review. Not familiar with mason jar cupcakes? Well they're pretty much just that.. Cupcakes in mason jars! Betty Cakes takes a half-pint mason jar and puts in a layer of cupcake, a layer of frosting, another layer of cupcake, and another layer of frosting, then adds some pretty sprinkles and a lid. It's a fun new way to eat cupcakes.

I was sent 3 flavors of mason jar cupcakes including their eggnog, winter wonderland, and blue velvet cupcakes. I'm a HUGE fan of eggnog so I was super excited to give that one a try. It is recommended to eat them at room temperature so that's what I did at first, then I also read somewhere that they're really good if you warm them in the microwave so (of course) I had to try it that way too and that was definitely my favorite way! The cupcake was super moist and the frosting was ooey and gooey.

Even though I really wanted to eat them all to myself I decided to share the other 2 flavors with my family. Brayden and Trevor ate the winter wonderland ones and said they were the best cupcakes ever. My husband, Nate, dug into the blue velvet cupcake and although he was skeptical at first, he seemed to really enjoy it. Overall we give Betty Cakes mason jar cupcakes a big thumbs up!
