Rockin' 30th Birthday Bash Sponsor Spotlight: Mixology Makeup

Although I hate to admit it, I hate my skin. I'm 27 years old and still have to deal with acne prone, oily skin... I always hoped I would grow out my my skin, but it seems it's here to stay. So when I look for makeup, I try to look for something that won't clog my pores and make my face break out even more... Well, I recently discovered Mixology Makeup and I'm so glad I did!

About Mixology: Mixology is the healthy makeup alternative that will help improve the quality of your skin giving you a radiant look without damaging ingredients! Pure Mineral Makeup FREE of bismuth, carmine, chemicals, synthetic dyes, parabens, & preservatives. Vegan friendly, virtually water resistant, perfect for sensitive skin with acne or rosacea. Won't clog pores so your skin can breathe!

Rachael Ward, owner and creator of Mixology, recently sent me a few samples to try out and review. I was sent Sunny Girl Foundation, Flushed for cheeks, Blue Eyes Pop #2 set and a new shade of eye shadow called London. My favorite of the products is definitely the foundation, it goes on super smooth, covers my oily skin really well, and leaves a nice polished look. I also love the Blue Eyes Pop eye shadow collection, it comes with three colors of eye shadow and an eyeliner and it really allows my blue eyes to stand out.

Whether you're a makeup fanatic or only wear it on special occasions (like myself) you should definitely check out Mixology Makeup!

Be sure to come back between April 1st and 9th for your chance to win a Green Eyes Pop set from Mixology during the Rockin' 30th Birthday Bash!

Disclosure: I was provided with samples for review purposes. All opinions are my own.

i LOVE mixology. I would highly recomend trying her eye primer - best around hands down. It will liven up your colours and you'll never see a crease again!
