My weight loss journey is about to begin thanks to Nutrisystem! #NSNation

Like a lot of moms I struggle with my weight. It all started when I gained 80 pounds during my second pregnancy... Yes you read that right, 80 POUNDS! I'm not really sure how or why I gained that much, but I started out at 130 pounds and on the day I gave birth I weighed 210.

Luckily, I lost 50 pounds within 6 weeks of giving birth but I've never been able to take off the rest. I've tried various diets, but nothing ever seems to stick. The past three years my weight has fluctuated between 160 and 175 for the most part, but over the past few months the pounds kept coming and it saddens me to say that right now I'm 185, which is the heaviest I've been since Trevor was born.

Well, thanks to the Nutrisystem Nation Blogger Program I'm going to be provided with the meals and support I need to hopefully get my body where I want it to be. I know I'll never look the way I did before I was a mom, but I would love to be able to say that I'm happy with the way I look and unfortunately right now I can't say that.

Over the next 4 months I'll be participating in the Nutrisystem Nation Blogger Program and I'm super excited to see how my weight loss journey is going to turn out. I hope you'll stop by and read my weekly posts to see how I'm doing and to offer your encouragement along the way!

Good luck to you! Like you, I know I'll never be the same as pre-having3kids, but I am also working at losing some weight. I'm on MyFitnessPal, logging food, counting calories and exercising.
