Well, Memorial Day weekend was definitely a set back for my weight loss! I had finally developed a pretty good routine, but that definitely got disrupted this past weekend. I spent time at the in-laws and had some yummy cook-out food, which ended in a super yummy but not so diet-friendly S'more. I do have to admit though that I'm really proud of myself for stopping at just one S'more!
I've come to the realization that there's no good time to diet... You just have to have the will power to stick it out. And even with the occasional set back I think anyone can reach their weight loss goal!
So, how did I do this week? Even with my little bump in the road I managed to lose another pound... YAY me!
