School is officially out for the summer and that means more running around outside, walks around the neighborhood, and trips to the park.... Which will hopefully mean more pounds lost over the next couple of months (here's hoping!).
This past week has been pretty laid back, we're still trying to get into the summer routine and my boys have spent plenty of time fighting while they're trying to get used to being around each other 24/7. An uneventful week means not too much to report weight loss wise... Luckily there's been no family outings to tempt me to jump off the diet band wagon, so that's good!
Anyway, I've tried a few new meals this week including Cajun-Style Chicken & Rice and Beef with Rice and Beans... Both of which were pretty tasty. I also had the Sweet Strawberry Protein Shake for the first time and all I can say is YUM!
