Keeping Kids Creative Sponsor Spotlight and Pre-event Flash Giveaway: Kelly Kits *Closed*

I have teamed up with Heidi over at Mama-Nibbles and several other bloggers for the Keeping Kids Creative giveaway hop in September... This particular event will feature a variety of products and toys that inspire kids to be creative and use their imagination. Kelly Kits, one of my wonderful sponsors, has not only agreed to offer an Annual Subscription of their monthly kits during Keeping Kids Creative but they have also very generously offered an Annual Subscription to one very lucky winner during this 48 hour pre-event giveaway... Cool, right?! Check out my review then follow the link at the end of the post to be entered to win!

About Kelly Kits:
Kelly Kits encourage art play using a wide variety of creative tools & materials beyond what coloring books can offer. The Original Kelly Kit comes complete with one set of five unique activities that cover the five art disciplines: painting, drawing, sculpting, printmaking, & collage. Each kit contains all of the tools & materials needed for the activities, the user just needs access to a kitchen! To increase functionality for homeschooling parents, each activity includes an instruction card with an enrichment idea to adapt the art activity to a school lesson. Kelly Kits are designed to encourage creativity & teach!

We were recently sent July's monthly kit which is a printmaking activity called Sponge and Stamp. The kit comes with everything you need to create fun pictures including compressed cellulose paper which turns into sponges when placed in water, scissors, paint, several sheets of paper, a pencil, and a cup for the paint. Along with the kit you also have access to member only content on their website including instructional videos and contests.

My boys absolutely love anything having to do with art so they were super excited to give Kelly Kits a try. First we drew shapes onto the cellulose paper, cut them out with scissors, and dropped them into a cup of water... This was one of the coolest things we've seen and probably their favorite part of the kit! Next we mixed the powder paint with water and stirred with the provided popsicle stick. Finally it was time to paint!

We had a lot of fun sponge painting and since Kelly Kits are designed for ages 2 to 102 it's something the whole family can enjoy doing together. Overall, we had a blast and will most likely be purchasing a subscription very soon!

Now onto the giveaway...
One winner will receive an Annual Subscription of Monthly Kelly Kits a $99.90 value, but everyone who enters receives one FREE Kelly Kit just for entering! There is a one-time shipping fee of $2.49 for the FREE Kit if the contestant chooses to redeem the kit. There is absolutely no charge for the annual winner. The FREE kit is just Kelly Kits way of thanking everyone for their entry and is their choice to redeem. Enter here!

Disclosure: I was provided with the product(s) mentioned above free of charge by the company or PR representative for review purposes. I was not compensated in any other way for this post. All opinions are my own.
