I've officially been on Nutrisystem for 2 months now and what a ride it has been! You may have noticed that I didn't post my weekly weigh-in last week... Unfortunately I didn't have a good week and decided to just skip my post. But don't worry I'm back this week with a positive attitude!
I had been doing so good on the program, not necessarily losing a significant amount of weight each week but not gaining any either which is why I was so excited about my weekly weigh-ins. Well, last week I had a little set back and ended up gaining a little weight, not a lot, just enough to leave me disappointed in myself. The thing is, I don't even know what went wrong. I didn't eat any junk food and I stuck to my Nutrisystem meals just like I have been so the weight gain really threw me off.
Well, after going backwards to 173 lbs. I decided that that was the last time I would gain weight during my weight loss journey!
Last week was rather uneventful and super hot so I spent the week enjoying orange cream bars and ice cream sandwiches for dessert... Yum! I hadn't been doing much exercising while on the program other than daily walks with my boys, but since last week was so hot instead of our daily walks I broke out my stepper and used that a few times. Overall, not a bad week!

Week #8 weigh-in: 171
Total lost this week: 2
