Nutrisystem Weigh-In Week #12 #NSNation

3 months down... Woohoo! I had a great week diet-wise and I'm feeling awesome this week! I was really worried about that pound I gained while I was on vacation but luckily I lost that and then some this week.

Monday (the 6th) is my husband's birthday so the boys are having a sleepover at their grandparents this weekend so we can have some adult time and I sooo need it! Being a stay home mom can be rough, especially during the summer when both kids are home and fighting all day long. With my mom living in Maine we really only have Nate's parents to rely on when it comes to watching the boys so the few times a year that it happens it's something that I really look forward to!

I think this little break, even though it's only one night, is going to really help me de-stress and will also help me with my weight loss. When I get overly stressed it makes it harder to focus on my goal and do the things I need to do, so hopefully this helps!

What do you do to de-stress yourself? I'd love some tips, tricks, and advice!
