For example, last weekend my husband and I enjoyed a relaxing kid-free night at Hollywood Casino (one of our favorite places to go when we have a night to ourselves) and as we sat down to eat dinner I knew in my head that I should eat a salad but instead I go for a club sandwich and potato chips. Then for his birthday the kids and I bought cupcakes so we could celebrate and instead of eating a Nutrisystem dessert I ended up eating a cupcake... Well actually 3 over the course of a few days.
In my heart I want so badly to stick to the program and lose more weight but when it comes down to making a decision I always give in to the temptations and I honestly don't know how to change that! On a positive note, Nutrisystem offered me to stay on the program for 3 more months, so 7 total instead of 4... I'm very excited about that and hopefully that extra 3 months will be what I need to push me in the right direction.
Because of my cupcake fiasco this week I didn't manage to lose any weight BUT I didn't gain any either thankfully!
