Unlike most plush toys, Lilikin&Friends share the same emotions as kids and give them that sense that someone understands what they're going through! There are three friends available... Lilikin the melancholy grey kitten, Mollycoddle the ultra-dainty albino bunny, and Eleven the small-for-his-age monkey.
When given the opportunity to review one of these adorable plush toys I chose to go with Eleven. Eleven likes animal-free gastronomy, pretentious “art”, Lilikin's prolific garden, and accessorizing with his extensive collection of loud neckties based on his personal moods and whims.
First of all, I have to say that I absolutely love that Lilikin&Friends are not your average, upbeat plush toys. Instead they're kinda shy and hard to impress... Much like your average child. But even though they don't look like it they have a lot of love to give and they can turn frowns upside down, and make smiles shine even brighter!
Of course I also love the fact that they're super soft and extremely well built. One complaint I do have is the fact that they're not machine washable... I mean, kids love to carry their stuffed animals around and get them dirty so in my opinion all plush toys should be machine washable. But because they're so adorable and so ridiculously awesome that is not exactly a deal breaker for us.
