It's been an extremely stressful few weeks in our house and because of that weight loss and blogging has kinda taken a back burner. You may have noticed that I skipped my Nutrisystem weigh-in last week and I apologize for that! Unfortunately sometimes life just gets in the way!
Two weeks ago I was so close to my next milestone and I thought for sure I would have made it by now but all of this stress has set me back. You see, everyone manages stress in their own way and my way just happens to be eating! Now I know I should go for fruits or veggies but I always manage to go for the unhealthy stuff and because of that I managed to gain close to 2 pounds last week (UGH!).
Well, it's a new week and although the stress on the homefront hasn't exactly subsided yet I have decided that I'm not going to let it stop me! I buckled down and managed to get back to the same exact weight I was 2 weeks ago at my weigh-in... Still so close to that 20 pound mark and I am determined to reach it by next week!
So my question for you, my lovely readers, is how do you manage stress? Do you stock up on healthy stuff for those unwanted eating binges? Do you go for a run? How do you manage to stay on track when life gets in your way?
