UGH! Dieting can be so stressful... It's been 3 weeks and I'm still stuck in a rut! I did manage to make it to that 20 pound mark but .2 pounds in 3 weeks is definitely not worth bragging about.
I know weight loss is a journey and not a race but sometimes you try so hard and see such a little reward. It's definitely enough to make you want to give up, but I do know that you need to push on no matter what! And that's what I intend to do!
I'm aiming high for this week... I'm going to exercise more, drink more water, and see if I can at least lose 1 pound this week. Wish me luck!
