It's in the Bag Sponsor Spotlight: Maggie Bags Eco-Friendly Handbags

I have been obsessed with handbags and purses for as long as I can remember. When I was younger I always had to have the coolest, most stylish bag there was and there was no way I would carry the same one around for more than a few months. Well, as you know many things change when you become a parent and of course my love for purses was put on the back burner.

When you're a mom you tend to lose style and focus more on function. Now I need something that can not only fit all of my essentials but also essentials for the kids like wipes, tissues, snacks, juice boxes... You name it, it's probably in my purse. It literally kills me to have to lug around mom bags instead of chic and stylish handbags... That was until I discovered Maggie Bags!

Maggie Bags are stylish and functional eco-friendly handbags and accessories that are made from genuine automotive seat belt webbing... Pretty cool, right?! Every year millions of yards of quality seat belt webbing is rejected by automakers because they don't meet government safety standards so Maggie Bags takes that high-quality material and gives it new life by creating a sophisticated line of handbags that are eco-friendly, or eco-chic if you will.

I was recently sent a Maggie Bags Campus Tote to review and I love it. First of all I must say that function definitely meets style with these bags. I was sent the fall leaves color and it's the absolute perfect blend of gorgeous fall colors and is just right for this time of year. The Campus Tote is the perfect size for a mom bag and holds all of mine and the kids essentials. It features a zippered pocket, cell phone pocket, and key pocket, and of course the very roomy main compartment.

The Maggie Bags Campus Tote is not only extremely function but super durable too. The high quality seat belt webbing is very strong so you know that you can fill the tote to the brim and you don't have to worry about it giving out on you. The Campus Tote truly is the perfect tote for any of your needs... Throw books in it and head to class, throw a few towels in it and head to the beach, or even take it on your next trip to the farmers market. Best of all though, it makes the perfect everyday purse!

You can purchase the Campus Tote from Maggie Bags in a variety of colors for $85. Plus, if you shop through this link - Click Here - and use code: InTheBag you will receive 25% off any order from their Premier Collection!

I'm so glad you showed the bottom! I love bags with feet on them, nothing as gross as the bottom of your bag getting in some unknown substance when you set it down.

I love that these are so strong...I hate when you put money into a bag, and have it fall apart two weeks into using it :)

Oh, I DO know all about purse love getting placed on the back burner once you have children! I can't remember the last time that I got myself a *nice* handbag, or one that cost more than $40. There are much more important issues at hand that I need to concentrate on. BUT every once in a while, it sure would be nice to get some pampering again! This would be a good start :) Thanks so much!
