Better Toyz Outdoor Toys Review and Little Tikes Soccer Ball Giveaway

The holidays are right around the corner and that means it's time to start thinking about what to get the kiddos for Christmas. Now, if your kids are anything like mine they are spoiled rotten and get more toys than they know what to do with. That being said, why not consider getting them some outdoor toys for Christmas? Now, I know what you're thinking, if you get your kids outdoor toys for Christmas they won't be able to play with them for months. And to that I would say... Exactly!

My boys get so many toys for Christmas that it seems like months before they have a chance to enjoy them all. So this year I thought... Why not get them a couple outdoor toys, then after they check them out Christmas morning put them away in the garage. That way, when the weather warms up and they're complaining they have nothing to do outside, you can break out the toys you stashed away and voila! It's like Christmas morning all over again. Genius, right?!

So now that I've put that idea in your head, you're probably wondering what kind of outdoor toys you should get right? Well, Better Toyz recently provided us with a few toys for review that would be perfect to stash away until warmer weather.

Better Toyz designs are manufactures some of the highest standard toys in the market including brands such as Little Tikes, Sanrio and Nickelodeon. They offer toys for boys and girls of all ages including ball pits, sports balls, roller skates, and even trampolines. Best of all, their toys can be purchased globally at Toys R Us, Walmart, Target, etc...

My boys happen to be huge Ninja Turtles fans. I mean, what little boy isn't right?! So they were really excited when we received a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Opp Pogo Stick and a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Baseball Glove and Ball to review. We also received a super cool Lokrz 17 inch Mini Board and a Little Tikes Soccer Glitter Ball.

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Opp Pogo Stick is designed for ages 5 to 9 and is perfect for any little boy. Now, Trevor who is 5, must not weigh enough yet because he couldn't get the pogo to... well... pogo. But Brayden, who is 8, had no trouble at all. Of course, he couldn't quite keep it going but I think that's more of a coordination thing than anything having to do with the product itself. But either way, they both enjoy it!

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Baseball Glove and Ball was a huge hit with Trevor. He loves anything having to do with balls... Throwing, catching, kicking, you name it. Add to the fact that it has his favorite Ninja Turtles on it and he's hooked. What's really great about this baseball glove and ball set is that it actually has velcro on the glove and the ball which helps the little ones learn how to catch the ball without it falling out. They definitely get added bonus points for that!

Brayden, being the oldest, really enjoys the Lokrz 17 inch Mini Boards. It's a cool mini skateboard featuring cool graphic designs. I'm not exactly sure of the age range, I guess they'd work for anyone who can skateboard, but they make them with fun designs for both boys and girls. It's a little on the small side, making me think that you should probably master skating on a larger board, then just have this one for when you're out and about, but either way it's definitely a fun little board and Brayden really likes it.

Lastly, we have the Little Tikes Soccer Glitter Ball. It's basically your everyday kids soccer ball, but it has a fun and colorful glittery surface that sets it apart from your average black and white balls. It comes in pink and blue and is definitely affordable at only $14.99. We actually have a Little Tikes soccer net that Brayden got a few years ago for his birthday so we got a lot of use out of this ball this summer and it's still going strong.

Overall, we couldn't be happier with the Better Toyz outdoor toys that we received and I'd highly recommend them to anyone! Whether for Christmas, birthdays, or just because... Better Toyz are fun and affordable, making them perfect for any occasion.

Thanks to Better Toyz, one lucky US reader is going to win a Little Tikes Blue Soccer Glitter Ball.
